S’Olivaret is surrounded by the stunning rural scenery of Mallorca, a tranquil and serene environment, perfect for visiting this sunny Mediterranean island. The hotel used to house an olive press (Tafona) and some of the best Mallorcan olive oil was made here – this give it a special charm. You can still see remains of some of the old machinery such as a beautiful single-stone livestock-drawn mill in one of the hotel’s lounges or the old hydraulic press in the front gardens.
