One of the most important pillars of the S’Olivaret Hotel is our Restaurant Tramuntana 1762, recently restored and redecorated.
Thanks to the expertise of Chef Luis González you will be able to savour incredible dishes and the Tramuntana Menu, every night. Quality local produce within a unique and tranquil environment in amongst the nature of the Serra de Tramuntana.

So you can really enjoy your day relaxing by the pool, at lunchtime, from 13:00 to 15:30 we offer you a menu of light dishes and varied drinks. Snack menu, fresh fish, rice dishes, grilled meats, pa amb oli – at our restaurant Tramuntana 1762 we take care of you, inside and out.

Simple but great.
Presiding over the main entrance, is the hundred-year-old European nettle tree which welcomes you to our exclusive terrace.
Our Terrace Café is surrounded by nature making every meal here a pleasure. Mediterranean cuisine using natural products and complemented by exquisite service and an excellent wine list.
